Elvenar Opens a Gateway to The Past
The event is introduced by Thalita, a Dwarven merchant with a rare and interesting boardgame to play. A whole kingdom exists inside the game, and by following Thalita’s assignments Players can get ever closer to the Dwarven Citadel.
A new merge mechanic has been developed to add a new level of fun and complexity to event progress. Players need to collect Dwarven Chips by completing Thalita’s assignments, and these chips are used to spawn game pieces. Pieces can be combined in order to create new and sometimes harder to find pieces. Game pieces can be traded with Dwarves for triumph gems and prizes, but choosing how those pieces are spawned – and whether to trade or merge – will need just as much judgement as luck to result in the best trade.
One of the grand prizes in the event is the Dwarven Citadel itself. Pieces are awarded throughout and successful gamers can put them together to form a permanent structure in their cities. This resource will then produce knowledge points, units, sentient goods for advanced players, as well as Vitality Surge instants in a value of 5%.
Additional thematic buildings can be won in Daily Prizes, such as the Lunar Factory and its massive production of mana coming from the depths of the crystal source, Solar Training Grounds providing both population and Orc Warriors guarding the course of the dwarven games. Another exciting Daily Prize that can be earned is the Warriors Gate, providing a cultural boost that every traveler feels when entering the Citadel.
