Exhibition, Workshop, Party: The Exciting Art of InnoGames
Online game developer presents first exhibition: “The Future is Pink” on November 29
Starting at 2 p.m. on November 29, the Hamburg based publisher, InnoGames will open its doors for the first ever “The Art of InnoGames” exhibition. During the event, InnoGames’ artists will present company projects, from games like Forge of Empires, Tribal Wars 2 and Rising Generals, and selected private pieces. In addition, the event will offer workshops and presentations to enhance attendees’ skills and art knowledge. Please check art-of-innogames.eventbrite.com for free registration and detailed program. The workshops, led by InnoGames’ artists, will range from painting to a portfolio review. In his workshop, Concept Artist Denis Loebner will demonstrate his experience in speed painting. Emre Duran, 3D Artist, will hold a workshop about art effects. Lead Artist Mathias Lorenz will take the audience on an adventurous passage through the sea of visual development. Those who need expert consulting on their portfolio can take advantage of the Head of Art, Alexander Raphelt’s workshop. He will discuss potential problems and will give helpful tips for the application process.
A silent auction will take place during the whole event with profits going to the German Gaming Aid initiative. In the evening, guests can participate in “Marker Wars!” - A popular art battle known in other events. Guests will have limited time to show their art skills based on a topic. The event will conclude in the evening with some music from Lead Artist Torsten Gunst as a DJ.
