Spring time: The cherry blossom festival comes to Forge of Empires
From today until April 17th, Forge of Empires welcomes the spring with the annual cherry blossom festival. 62 quests can be solved over the course of the event. A colorful Origami frog will guide players through the event and will also be responsible to show their progress.
Hanako, who also took part in last year’s Spring Event, will present the questline. Each of the manifold quests give Spring Lanterns and players can also get two new avatars for their profile.
Spring lanterns will be used to help the Origami frog to make his way across the pond populated with lily pads and Origami animals. These pond inhabitants bring along several rewards and a chance to win the daily special prize. The more steps players take through the pond, the closer they'll be to getting the Grand Prize! With every pond players cross, they will move further up in the Spring League tables, thanks to which they can be awarded with exclusive prizes at the end of the event.
Players can collect Spring Lanterns by completing daily quests, collecting cherry blossom trees on the world map and they will get Spring Lanterns automatically every day just for logging in.
This event’s upgradable building, the Pagoda, produces Forge Points and Goods. Reached the 7th level, players can choose between three themed Pagodas: The Earth, the Water and the Fire Pagoda.
